Soft Sands, Royal Courts & Camping Under the Stars

This 2 week Cambodia honeymoon itinerary travels from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and Koh Rong, incorporating Kulen Mountain, Beng Mealea and Preah Khan along the way, combining iconic temples with lesser-visited sites and time on the coast. It’s ideal for couples looking to balance exploration with relaxation.

The journey gradually softens as it unfolds, moving from temple exploration and cultural experiences into the slower rhythm of Koh Rong, where the focus shifts to white sands, clear water and time to unwind together.

The itinerary below is shown as an example route. Every journey we create is planned from scratch and can be shaped entirely around you — unless you like it exactly as it is.

Day 1 - Overnight Flight

Your adventure begins as you board your overnight flight to Siem Reap!
Day 2 - Siem Reap

Touch down at Siem Reap International Airport and meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel.
Day 3 - Siem Reap

A culture-packed day awaits starting at the world famous Angkor Wat. Explore the vast religious site on the back of a Vespa and then take a drive to see hidden temples among villages and markets.

In the evening, enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars as the sun sets over the enchanting rice fields.
Day 4 - Kulen Mountain

Drive out of the city towards Kulen Mountain passing through the stunning countryside along the dirt roads, eventually reaching the foot of the mountain.

Enjoy some lunch before driving on through rural villages and towards the Sras Damrei temple and Elephant temple. Finish the trip with a dip in the waterfall.
Day 5 - Beng Mealea

In the morning, you'll depart for the lesser known Beng Mealea Temple.

You'll wind your way through the forest until you arrive at this setting so beautiful, it looks curated for a film set. Here you'll set up camp and have dinner prepared for you.

Tonight, you'll camp out under the stars.
Day 6 - Preah Khan Temple - Naga Bridge - Siem Reap

Pack up the tents and drive out to Sambor Prei Kuk Temple along the dusty, bumpy roads, stopping off at the lake for a swim. Enjoy a spot of lunch and continue to back to Siem Reap via Naga Bridge at Kampong Kdei district.
Day 7 - Phnom Penh

Today you'll head for the capital, Phnom Penh. After checking in - the day is yours.
Day 8 - Phnom Penh

Get under the skin of Phnom Penh by cyclo - a bicycle-powered carriage.
You'll learn the history behind the abandoned facades as well as discovering churches and Chinese temples hidden down narrow alleys.

Next up, a delicious street food tour with a resident food expert. You'll hop on a tuk tuk, sample local food and enjoy a romantic sunset bite to eat.
Day 9 - Koh Rong

Chill out in the morning before checking out and transferring to the pier and on to the paradise island of Koh Rong via speedboat.
Day 10 - Koh Rong

Unwind and relax on the soft white sand beach.
Day 11 - Koh Rong

Enjoy another free day at leisure.
Day 12 - Koh Rong

Enjoy another free day at leisure or continue exploring. You can go island hopping, snorkelling or trek to a local village to learn more about island life.
Day 13 - Koh Rong

Enjoy your last night in paradise. Koh Rong is still pretty untouched - meaning you'll have all the more space to call your own.
Day 14 - Overnight Flight

Hop back on the speedboat and head back to Phnom Penh for your onward flight home.
