Meet your local tour guide once you touch down at BKK airport and head to your hotel in the heart of the city.

Start the morning on a private long boat from Sathorn pier to explore the Thonburi Klongs, a dramatic system of canals flanked by homes, shops and manufacturers.

Stop off at the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun) before exploring the Royal Barge Museum.

Leave Bangkok behind and head deep into Thailand's rural heartlands as you visit Khao Yai National Park stopping off at historic Ayutthaya along the way.

Today you'll hike trails around this beautiful national park taking in verdant landscapes, waterfalls and - if you're lucky - wildlife that includes a population of Asian Elephant.

After checking-out of your hotel you will be met by your local tour guide and transferred back to Bangkok for an overnight stay before you head south in the morning.

Today you will catch a flight to Phuket where you will be transferred to the stunning Khao Sok national park.

You'll spend the day with orphaned elephants and help staff take care of them.

Cruise down the Sok river on a bamboo raft accompanied by local fisherman and take in the caves, tree plantations and magnificent lime stone cliffs, surrounding river banks.

In the evening, take part in a jungle dinner demonstration at your floating lodge.

Time to head for the beach! You'll be taken by boat back through the rainforest before being transferred from Khao Sok to gorgeous Khao Lak
