This 2 week Morocco itinerary travels through the imperial cities of Marrakech, Rabat & Fez, the stunning Atlas Mountains, the Sahara and Atlantic coast, combining culture, landscapes and coastline in one varied journey. From medinas and mountain passes to desert oases and coastal towns, the journey reveals how Morocco’s regions shift in atmosphere and landscape, creating a route defined by contrast and progression.

Day 1 - Fez
Your epic Moroccan adventure begins with a short flight to Fez. Upon arrival you'll be taken to your gorgeous Riad in the old city.

Day 2 - Fez
Explore the old medina with your new guide soaking in the atmosphere and history of Fez, before heading to the souk to try an array of delicious local dishes.
Taste freshly baked khobz (Moroccan bread) at a community oven, where neighbours gather to bake their daily bread. Try m’semen and baghrir, popular Moroccan pancakes often enjoyed with honey or argan oil.

Day 3 - Rabat
Onto Morocco's beautiful coastal capital - Rabat. Your evening on arrival is at leisure.

Day 4 - Rabat
Rabat, blends historic grandeur with a laid-back coastal vibe. Explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, wander palm-lined boulevards, and admire Hassan Tower’s striking minaret.
The city’s Andalusian gardens, ocean views, and vibrant medina create a relaxed yet cultural escape, offering a perfect balance of heritage, charm and seaside atmosphere.

Day 5 - Casablanca
Next it's the country's largest and most cosmopolitan city - Casablanca. En route you'll explore the Hassan II Mosque, the largest in Africa.
The Mosque dominates Casablanca’s shoreline with its soaring 210-metre minaret, the tallest in the world. Built partly over the Atlantic, it showcases exquisite Moroccan craftsmanship in marble, wood and zellij tilework.

Day 6 - Erfoud
Today you'll take a short domestic flight to the east of the country and onto the atmospheric, sleepy, city of Erfoud - gateway to the Sahara desert.
Enjoy an evening at leisure. The city is lovely to stroll on foot.

Day 7 - Sahara Desert
Deeper into the mighty Sahara today for a 2 night stay at a luxury desert camp.
Enjoy dinner tonight under one of the clearest, and most detailed, skies in the world.

Day 8 - Sahara Desert
From your luxury camp in Erg Chebbi, wake to sunrise over golden dunes before a camel trek into the shifting sands. Try sandboarding, enjoy a guided 4x4 excursion to remote villages, or simply relax in comfort.
As night falls, dine once again under starlit skies with traditional music around the campfire.

Day 9 - Skoura
Your journey west to Marrakech begins today with a 2 night stop in Skoura. A desert oasis perfectly located between the two regions.

Day 10 - Skoura
Skoura, known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs,” is a lush palm oasis at the gateway to the desert. Its date palms and pomegranate groves hide centuries-old fortresses, the most famous being Kasbah Amridil.
Skoura offers a serene base to explore Morocco’s dramatic landscapes while enjoying authentic oasis life.

Day 11 - Marrakech
Your next stop needs no introduction, Morocco's most visited city - Marrakech.
Your guide will escort you to your traditional Riad in the world famous medina, or luxury hotel in the new town.

Day 12 - Marrakech
To avoid getting lost in the labyrinthine back alleys of this fabulous old city, you'll have an expert local guide on hand to take you to a mix of the most famous sights, plus some hidden gems few get to see.

Day 13 - Marrakech
Leave Marrakech behind for the soaring High Atlas Mountains. Pause in a village for a traditional Berber lunch before hiking scenic trails through valleys, terraced fields and juniper groves. Pass timeless villages and ascend to viewpoints of Mount Toubkal’s snowy peak, while your guide reveals the region’s flora, fauna and geology.

Day 14 - Essaouira
Your final stop is sunkissed Essaouira on Morocco's west coast, where you'll have 2 nights at leisure to relax after your epic trip across this beautiful country.

Day 15 - Essaouira
Essaouira, Morocco’s breezy Atlantic gem, charms with whitewashed walls, blue shutters and a laid-back coastal rhythm. Wander its UNESCO-listed medina, explore spice-scented souks, and watch fishermen bring in the day’s catch.
The ramparts overlook golden beaches where kitesurfers dance with the wind, making Essaouira a perfect blend of history and seaside ease.
