Explore Malaysia's fabulous capital city on this locally guided half-day tour to uncover its history and heritage.
You'll visit the Federal Territory Mosque, the National Monument, the Chinese Thean Hou Temple, the Central Market, the National Museum and finish up in Chinatown to experience one of Malaysia's signature culinary dishes.

Day 4 - Kuala Lumpur
Today you'll visit the Batu Caves complex - an impressive series of cave temples set in towering limestone hills and on the way back see the Royal Selangor Pewter factory.

Day 5 - Cameron Highlands
Journey north into the mountains to explore the largest tea growing area in Malaysia - the Cameron Highlands, a former British hill station.
Check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening soaking up the fresh highland air.

Day 6 - Cameron Highlands
Embark on a full day exploration of Cameron Highlands. Walk through the tea plantation before transferring to the higher heights of the Mossy Forest of Gunung Brinchang.
After lunch, proceed to The Montane rainforest for a trek or biking experience to experience the region's biodiversity.

Day 7 - Ipoh
After breakfast, head to the fabulous city of Ipoh - famous for its British colonial-era architecture, cuisine and natural attractions.

Day 8 - Ipoh
A local guide will show you the highlights on an Ipoh Heritage Walk today - starting within the compact and historic old town area.
Start at the Railway Station and amble further to see the Town Padang Mosque, the Birch Memorial Clock Tower, Old Town coffee shop and finish the trail at the vibrant concubine lane - home to the best craft products in Ipoh.

Day 9 - Penang
The next stop on your Malaysian adventure is Penang which has a long history as a stopping point for traders traversing the long route between India and China.
Historic George Town is famous for its delicious street food. You can dine like a champion for less a fiver!

Day 10 - Penang
Start the day the local way, with a fabulous dim sum breakfast. Then, continue along Penang's culinary trail with your guide to Chow Rasta market.
Switch gears, shifting from the culinary scene to its more artistic side. George Town is full of incredible street-art, sculptures and paintings. All things the local community are very proud of.

Day 11 - Langkawi
It's time to make for the beach! You'll be escorted to Penang Jetty for your crossing to the stunning tropical island of Langkawi - mere miles from the border with Thailand.

Relax and unwind in Langkawi with the option of a leisurely boat cruise. The marine life is abundant, so it's well worth taking a snorkel!

Enjoy another free day with the option of visiting Langkawi's ancient geopark.
