Upon arrival our representative will be waiting to welcome you to the island before taking you to the magical 'cultural triangle' region via private transfer.

Day 3 - Habarana
Today you'll meet your guide at your lodge for a private tour of the centuries old Sigiriya Rock fortress - one of the most iconic places on the Subcontinent.

Day 4 - Habarana
Many people don't know that Sri Lanka is one of the best places in the world to see elephant in the wild. Today you'll head off on a jeep safari to see them in ethical, humane manner - as is our focus at Blank Canvas

Day 5 - Kandy
Today you leave the cultural 'triangle' behind and head for the cultural 'capital' of the nation, Kandy.
The contrast between Kandy and Colombo is apparent from the moment you arrive. If Colombo is chaos, Kandy is tranquility.

Day 6 - Kandy
Swap 4 wheels for 2 as you head off to explore colonial Kandy by bike! You'll visit all the key sites along the way including the world famous Temple of the Tooth.

Day 7 - Ella
Enjoy one of the world's most iconic train journeys as you traverse the central highlands between
Kandy and Ella.Our fantastic ground team will take your luggage so you don't have to lug it around. Just be sure to keep your camera behind, you'll regret it if you don't!

Day 8 - Ella
You'll meet your guide before heading up Little Adam's peak on a short hike. The views at the top are stunning but the walk itself is fantastic too as you see local people going about their lives in the country's rural heartland

Day 9 - Tangalle
Time to hit the beach. You'll be transferred by private car to Tangalle today. One of the most stunning spots on Sri Lanka's southern coastline.

Day 10 - Tangalle
At leisure to enjoy Tangalle. There's a good selection of casual restaurants around - ask your specialist for recommendations!

Day 11 - Tangalle
Chill time on the golden sands at Tangalle.

Day 12 - Tangalle
Another day to explore the south coast or relax on the beach with a cold drink.

Day 13 - Galle
From the beach to one of the most beautiful colonial towns in south Asia. Galle is protected by UNESCO due to its historical importance and truly beautiful old town.
This is the best place in the country for bars and restaurants, we would be delighted to make some recommendations and handle your bookings.

Day 14 - Galle
Today you'll head out with your guide to explore the history of stunning Galle Fort. Later visit a turtle hatchery or tea plantation.
Enjoy a meal at one of the country's finest restaurants to celebrate your last night.

Day 15 - Flight Home
This morning you'll be met by your driver for a journey to the airport via private transfer in good time for your flight home.
