Your wellbeing retreat begins with an overnight flight to Thailand's magical capital - Bangkok
- Day 2 - Bangkok
You'll be welcomed to the country by a Blank Canvas representative who'll then escort you to your very zen boutique hotel
Tonight is at leisure
- Day 3 - Bangkok
Today you'll head out with an expert local guide to a local temple, known as a 'Wat', where you'll learn about the importance of Buddhism to Thai people before learning how to meditate with a monk
- Day 4 - Koh Samui
You'll be taken back to the airport today for your short hop to beautiful Samui island.

- Day 5 - Koh Samui
Today is a bit of 'you time'! You'll head to a beautiful local spa for a well-deserved pampering.
Feel the stress float away as you experience a traditional Thai massage, facial and body scrub.
- Day 6 - Koh Samui
At leisure to relax
If you fancy exploring further, head inland to the lush rainforest where you can take a dip in crystal clear lagoons at the foot of churning waterfalls
- Day 7 - Phuket
You'll be transferred back to the airport for a short flight to Phuket, before being escorted to Chivtr Wellness & Rejuvenation centre - one of the very best wellness retreats in the country
- Day 8 - Phuket
Before arriving here, you'll have a consultation with the wellness team who will design a programme totally tailored to you and your goals.
You'll have medical tests upon arrival to gauge your current health, before beginning your varied, exciting and rejuvenating programme.

Treatments include daily massages, lymphatic drainage, yoga, swimming, pilates, beach walks/runs, music therapy, breathing exercises and much more
Your food is prepared around your tastes and is cooked fresh using local organic ingredients
