If you want to go there and explore this famous reserve, it’s within easy reach as the two parks share an unfenced boundary. However, animal spotting in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve will probably be a much more intimate and rewarding experience.

All of the ‘big five’ animals can be found in Sabi Sand, so try to get out on as many game drives and bush walks as you can. There is also a number of cascades and canyons nearby, so see if you can get out to see them during your stay.
